Eligibility

The UCLA Russian Flagship welcomes applications from UCLA students of all  majors and at all levels of Russian language proficiency. Program participants include students who are studying Russian as a foreign or second language and heritage speakers, i.e., students who grew up in Russian-speaking families in the United States.

Application for Flagship Student Support for Summer and Overseas Study

Limited funds are available only for UCLA students to support summer domestic and overseas study. This application opens for a limited time every year in April. To request support, please fill out the Flagship scholarship form. (https: //bit.ly/36eJUfz)
