In this presentation, Castro will show some historical and contemporary, social and musical aspects of the son jarocho culture of Veracruz, Mexico. Through images and live musical examples, you will be able to get closer to the culture of fandango, a traditional celebratory gathering with more than three centuries of tradition with African, European and indigenous heritage.
