UCLA Van Services, Reservations, Printable Forms

If it becomes necessary to transport your guests to and from venues/restaurants, one option is to use UCLA Van Services. (https: //transportation.ucla.edu/getting-around-campus/bruinbus-charter-and-driver-services) 

UCLA Van Services will provide a vehicle and driver to take event participants to and from venues. They will need a schedule and an acurate count of guests. 

To reserve Van pick-up you will need to submit a VSR (https: //ucla.app.box.com/s/1wwubtoglw5x1ffgyrqsn2zp860xgk2j) form. 

Please make sure to adhere to all cancelation policies to avoid extra charges
