Originally written in Armenian in 1921, this groundbreaking book stands as the first systematic documentation of the Armenian Genocide, bringing to light the orders and firsthand testimony that shaped our understanding of one of history's most devastating atrocities.
The evening will feature a conversation with AGRP Director Dr. Taner Akçam, who contributed a detailed preface and additional explanatory notes to this edition, incorporating new findings that have emerged since the publication of his book, "Killing Orders." The discussion will be moderated by Glendale Mayor Ardy Kassakhian.
