Location and Maps
The Institute will take place at the University of California, Los Angeles in Covel Commons. There will be Wi-Fi access provided within the building.

UCLA Parking
Parking is available in the Sunset Village Parking Structure for $12/day (click here for more information).
Conference attendees with a valid UCLA parking permit should just display their UCLA parking permit as it will be accepted in the Sunset Village Parking Structure.
Please note: a parking attendant will be available at the entrance to the parking structure an hour prior to the start of the conference.
Hotels
Hotel Rooms are on hold at the Hotel Angeleno and the Luxe Hotel for conference participants. A Shuttle will be provided from these hotels to the conference site.

Rates at the Hotel Angeleno are $159.00 for conference attendees. Please note: this special rate will be available only before February 6, 2014.
To make a reservation, call the Hotel Angeleno Reservations department directly at (310) 476-6411 and say that you are a part of the UCLA Center for World Languages group. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
- If you would like to split the cost of a hotel room with another participant, please send an email to Claire Chik (chik@international.ucla.edu) and she will try and arrange a room share. Alternatively, you can visit our Facebook page and leave a post to organize a room share with other conference attendees.
Luxe Hotel

Rates at the Luxe Hotel are $185.00 for conference attendees. Please note: this special rate will be available only before February 3, 2014.

Ground Transportation
Shuttles
The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) offers bus service from the airport to Westwood for $10.00 one-way. Only credit cards are accepted as payment. Buses depart hourly from ALL terminals to Westwood near Parking Lot 32 on Kinross Ave between Gayley Ave and Veteran Ave. Visit the Flyaway website for more information.

Public Transport
BruinBus UCLA operates shuttles in and around campus during weekdays.
LA Metro Bus and rail service throughout the city of Los Angeles. Routes servicing the UCLA area are the 2, 302, 305, 20, 720, and 761.
Santa Monica Blue Bus and Culver CityBus also operate in and around the UCLA campus.
