The Center's 2024–25 Harry C. Sigman Graduate Fellow, Yaron Cherniak, and his fellow UCLA Ethnomusicology colleague, Michael Aboutboul, gave an incredible performance at our Fall Welcome Reception! Yaron played the Cretan Lyra and the Turkish Saz, and Michael played the Turkish Ney.
