Danae is a senior at UCLA majoring in Comparative Literature and minoring in Italian. As a Burkle Center Intern, she will contribute to awareness of crucial current affairs through Burkle Center event promotion, on-campus outreach, and writing pieces on current affairs for the Student Voices program. After graduating from UCLA, Danae plans to volunteer in the Peace Corps before pursuing a joint MA/JD focusing on Conflict Resolution and International Human Rights Law. Eventually she hopes to work in a human rights field connected with Genocide awareness and prevention.
