Dr. Emmanuel Navon is an international relations expert who teaches at Tel Aviv University and at the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center. He is also a senior fellow at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security and at the Kohelet Policy Forum, and a senior analyst for i24news, an Israel-based international TV channel. Navon is the author of four books, most recently The Star and the Scepter: A Diplomatic History of Israel (Jewish Publication Society and University of Nebraska Press, 2020).
