In the sequel to De pernas pro ar (Head Over Heels) the protagonist Alice owns a network of sex shops and is a workaholic. In the process of trying to reconcile the harsh routine of work and family life she suffers a nervous breakdown. Alice then is forced by her husband to go to spa where a unique opportunity to expand her business in New York presents itself. Now Alice has to decide in New York what is more important love or business.
