Miriam Golden is Director of the Center for Comparative and Global Research. She is a Professor in the Department of Political Science. Her interests include labor relations, trade unions, and political corruption, primarily in Western Europe. She has written Heroic Defeats: The Politics of Job Loss (Cambridge University Press) and Labor Divided (Cornell). Between 1995 and 2000, she served as Editor of the Newsletter of the American Political Science Association's (APSA) Organized Section in Comparative Politics.
