Institute Names New Director of Development
The UCLA International Institute Welcomes Steve Gamer as Director of Development for International Studies

Steve Gamer has been named director of development at the UCLA International Institute, effective January 7, 2002. Gamer comes to UCLA after serving as campaign director at the Los Angeles Jewish Federation /Valley Alliance since 1997.
Steve earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan, and is the recipient of two Master of Arts degrees -- one from Hebrew Union College and the other from USC.
Gamer was welcomed in his new position by the Institute Vice Provost Geoffrey Garrett. "I am extremely happy that Steve Gamer is joining us as director of development," Garrett said. "I look forward to working with Steve to showcase international activities at UCLA among friends of the university and to develop broader and deeper ties with them."
