Visiting Graduate Researcher
Ruth Abramzon-Kabbesa is a Visiting Graduate Researcher at the UCLA Y&S Nazarian Center for Israel Studies and a PhD Candidate at the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises de Paris (Pantheon-Sorbonne) in Paris, France. Her research focuses on common ethos and governability in Israel. Prior to Joining UCLA, Abramzon-Kabbesa headed the Leadership and Governance Division at the Institute for Leadership and Governance (ELKA) at JDC-Israel. Previously, she directed the community center of Hatzor Haglilit, a town in northern Israel.
She holds a M.A. in Public Policy from Tel-Aviv University and a B.A. in International Relations, Sociology and Anthropology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a graduate fellow of the Mandel School for Educational Leadership.
