Mr. William W. "Bill" Nicholson

ISI Brands, Inc.

Mr. Nicholson is vice chairman and director of IdeaSphere Inc., a Utah-based provider of natural and organic vitamins and nutrients.  He co-founded the company in 201 with former Amway executive David Van Andel.  He is also an advisor and investor of the IMR Fund, an investment group owned by Minneapolis financier Irwin Jacobs.   Earlier in his career, he served as appoinments secretary to President Gerald Ford from 1974 to 1977.  He has also served as the chief executive officer and chief operating officer of several companies, including Amway (now Alticor Inc.) from 1984 to 1992, where he led it's revenue growth to more than $5 billion from less than $1 billion.  Additionally his board memberships have included International Isotopes Inc. and Genmar Boats.
