Professor Teng Biao (滕彪) is a Lecturer at the China University of Political Science and Law and Director of China Against the Death Penalty, Beijing. He holds a Ph.D. from Peking University Law School. Teng Biao is currently a Visiting Scholar at The Centre for Rights and Justice, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. While at CRJ Professor Teng Biao plans to pursue his interests in human rights, criminal justice, and legal and political philosophy.
