Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival

As Southern California’s largest and most prestigious film festival of its kind, the LAAPFF launches the celebration of Asian Pacific Heritage Month through this year’s slate of 180 films from both Asian Pacific American and Asian international directors from 20 countries.

The 2011 Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival will take place from April 28, 2011 to May 7, 2011.

Film screenings will take place at the Director's Guild of America, Laemmle's Sunset 5 Theatres, and the CGV Cinemas located in Koreatown.

This festival will present 32 feature films and 148 short films from over 20 countries featuring world premieres, sneak previews, a James Wong Howe Retrospective, the C3 Digital Conference and a compelling line-up of documentaries and narratives focusing on the voices of Asian Americans and Asian peoples from around the world.
