Workship in Scholarly Translation

Offered in partnership with Fudan University, this program is designed to teach participants to cope with the difficulties of translating scholarly prose, this workshop is open to graduate students and professionals working in any scholarly discipline who possess advanced reading
knowledge of Chinese and English. Workshop participants will work with Fudan and UCLA faculty, and professionals from the publication and translation fields, with the goal of publishing translated articles important to the development of a discipline’s theories, methods and empirical foundations. Participants will earn graduate student credit for the workshop. Scholarship support is available.
