The UCLA Center for Brazilian Studies and the Consulate of Brazil in Los Angeles would like to invite the community to a lecture by Ambassador José Alfredo Graça Lima,Consul General of Brazil in Los Angeles, followed by a piano recital by acclaimed artist Alexandre Dietrich.

Alexandre Dietrich was born in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. He started learning piano at age ten and he earned his Bachelor of Music - Piano Performance degree from Santa Catarina State University. Mr. Dietrich has participated in many courses of technique and pianistic interpretation with important national and International artists in Brazil, England, Spain and Germany. He continues to perform world wide and will perform at UCLA the follwoing program:

Parking information: the closest parking lot is Structure #2. Visitors may purchase daily parking permits (Currently $10) by stopping at the Information & Parking booths. The closest one to Lot #3 is located in Hilgard and Westholme Ave. Parking Pay Stations : Simply drive to the nearest self-service Pay Station location found in lots and structures throughout campus. Please read the posted signs and screen prompts for Pay by Space or Pay and Display directions. Pay Stations allow you to select the time you need to spend on campus and pay accordingly (all-day passes can also be purchased).
