Under the direction of famed trumpeter Wynton Marsalis, the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra “can easily take its place among the best of the genre,” says All About Jazz. This resident orchestra at New York’s famed Jazz at Lincoln Center is comprised of 15 of the nation’s most exciting jazz talents. With a demanding tour schedule and repertoire that stretches from New Orleans roots to New York innovations, the group has pursued an ever-expanding mission as jazz ambassadors to the world.
