Please join us as we welcome Dr. Rosario Rogel Salazar, Editorial Director of the Red de Revistas Científicas de América Latina y el Caribe, España y Portugal (REDALYC) at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, as she discusses information technology and its role in global scholarly communication. REDALYC provides web-based open access to more than 500 scientific journals from Latin America, Spain and Portugal, and works to foster collaboration across national, institutional, and disciplinary boundaries.
