Professor Fred Lazin is Chair and Professor of the Department of Politics and Government at the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, and author of "Ethiopian and Soviet Immigrants to Israel: A Case Study in Public Policy Making."

Professor Nahshon Perez is a Nazarian Family Visiting Scholar of the Department of Political Science at UCLA and author of "Israel’s Law of Return: An ‘Argument in the Alternative’ Qualified Justification."

Commentator: Professor Hiroshi Motomura is a professor at the UCLA School of Law and author of Americans in Waiting: The Lost Story of Immigration and Citizenship in the United States (Oxford University Press 2006).
