Cláudio and Helena have been married for many years. He is a hard-working publicist, with a macho attitude. She directs a school choir and runs the family house. One night they have a serious argument, and each of them states that the other one's life is more rewarding. They go to bed, and when they wake up, they realize their bodies have been switched. After that, they have to find out what happened, while living each other's life, with its troubles and benefits.
