Galia Golan is a professor in the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, and Professor Emerita of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is also one of the leaders of Peace Now. Her publications include Israel and Palestine: Peace Plans and Proposals from Oslo to Disengagement (2007), Moscow and the Middle East: New Thinking on Regional Conflict (1998), and Gorbachev’s “New Thinking” on Terrorism (1990).
