The legacy of colonialism has left an indelible mark throughout most of the world - probably most pronounced in Latin America.  Come join Urban Planning graduate students in a discussion and analysis of two Latin American countries that have sought to achieve stability through different means: Brazil through capitalism and Cuba through Communism.  Students concluded their research by spending spring break in both countries and witnessed first hand the issues and the individuals that shape policy in these diverse economies.
