In this video, New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, a former U.S. ambassador to the UN, discusses his experiences negotiating with "rogue states" at the UCLA Burkle Center for International Relations' second annual conference on March 11. The event brought together experts from the military, academia, think tanks and government, including retired Gen. Wesley Clark, to discuss American strategies toward rogue states and the lessons learned from U.S. foreign policy in Libya, China and South Africa.

After his key note address, Gov. Richardson interviewed with Los Angeles Times journalist Maggie Farley. He discussed his personal experiences in the Demcratic presidential primary race, the role of superdelegates and whether he will endorse Sen. Hillary Clinton or Sen. Barack Obama.
