Asia in LA
Asia in LA is an annual event addressing themes that bridge the interests of academics and of broader communities in Los Angeles.
A city on the edge of the Pacific Basin where Asian cultures meet and intersect with the rest of America, Los Angeles is both formed by and influences the globalization of the cultures, technology, business, and populations of Asia.
The first Asia in LA event, Global Cities in Asia, Asia in the Global City, will be held November 8, 2008.
