PRRP Mini-grants
Suspended for 2010-2011
The Pacific Rim Research Program (PRRP) promotes the study of the Pacific Rim as a distinctive region. Here, the term "Pacific Rim" encompasses all areas and nations that border the Pacific Ocean, including Southeast Asia, the Pacific islands, and Pacific Latin America. Recognizing that the interaction of peoples and states in the region has generated new issues of common concern, the Program places priority on research that is new, specific to the region, and collaborative - reaching across national boundaries and bridging academic disciplines. Proposals may come from any discipline and should address questions that contribute to an understanding of the region as a whole.
The mini-grant program has been suspended for the current award cycle. For information about the 2010-2011 Research Grants, please click here.
