Deborah Wong is professor and chair of the department of music at the University of California, Riverside. She is an ethnomusicologist, specializing in the music of Thailand and Asian America.
This lecture is part of the Nazir Ali Jairazbhoy Colloquium Series: The Nazir Ali Jairazbhoy Colloquium Series presents a variety of lectures focusing on research done by the presenter and other issues important in the field of ethnomusicology. Lectures are free and open to the public.
