Hoang Tuyet Anh has served since July 2005 as University Librarian for the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. From April 1999 – December 2003, she was Chief Librarian for the Center for Foreign Affairs and Languages Training (CEFALT) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ho Chi Minh City Foreign Affairs Office. Ms. Hoang was the Librarian for the Institute for Cultural Exchange with French (IDECAF) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ho Chi Minh City Foreign Affairs Office from 1994 – 1999. She earned a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Simmons College in 2005. Ms. Hoang completed internships at Columbia University’s Area Studies Division and the Lehman Social Science Library, the Southeast Asian Section of the University of Washington Libraries, the Harvard-Yenching Institute Library. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Library and Information Science from the University of Ho Chi Minh City.
