Young Research Library Main Conference Room 11360
UCLA

This conference brings together young scholars from around the country to explore and attempt to understand the various dimensions of crisis. Although the conference seeks to grasp the meaning of crisis across disciplinary formations, regional fields, and time periods, we encourage attendees to think through possible solutions to the numerous crises threatening the lives of people globally. With that in mind, our keynote speaker, Professor Robin D. G. Kelley, will help us unearth the opportunities embedded within our most recent and pressing moments of crisis.
