California State Assembly Passes Sudan Divestment Bill!!
On May 31, the day after the Sudan Divestment Taskforce and DAC organized a mock refugee camp at the capital, the California State Assembly passed AB2941, 72 to 4. The bill now heads to the California State Senate. Thanks to all those who helped lobby and set up the refugee camp.
